Fantastic hotel

I would like to thank everyone in the hotel, starting from bellman up to Manger. I really appreciate everyone's at the hotel , and Locatin is fantastic. Breakfast was superb, and the general cleanness of the Hotel was exceptional, I will repeat it again

Good location and room, but very poor service and staff

Location, room and bed, cleanliness in room

Check in process was slow and staff was non committal on room handover time despite scheduled check in Breakfast food was not great Executive Club staff did not seem to be interested in customer service. Made us wait very long for our order, disappeared after reminders. We just got up and left out of frustration
