Superb

Fabulous stay, facilities and location were excellent.

The decoration was starting to look a little tired - peeling paint in the bathroom, window frames needed repainting, staining on the carpet etc. For the price charged I would expect this to be perfect.

The overall room was nice but the en suite needs some TLC

Clean and contemporary

There was a leak in the bathroom which was not addressed throughout our stay. The pain in the bathroom was flaking off and the bathroom door was bubbling where water was being absorbed.

Superb

York is our destination before Christmas each year, and staying at Yorvik House makes it extra special!

Unique styling and very comfortable. Staff could not have been more helpful!

Loved the location. Found the room comfortable and lovely features. The staff were lovely.

Everything felt a little forgotten. It felt clean but little things like glasses and the tv remote were not clean. We struggled with how hot the room was and the smell of dettol everywhere.

Great staff prefect location room was not too bad I just think the room we got doesnt reflect in the price but I wou

It was quirky and the location is fantastic

The Staines on the carpets the plug didnt fit the bath we had the room with the bath in the middle of it, the tv is in the corner of the room and you cant move it it should be on a swivel bracket to be fair, the staff were great I just dont think that room is worth 190 for a nights stay so thats when my review is all based towards

The hotel is beautiful very clean and well appointed. The location is central but very quiet so a good nights rest is guaranteed.

Fair but expected more for the money they charge

Pleasant looking room only far too overpriced for what we actually received

Was not told about having to pay 18 extra per night parking The room was not luxury for the price we paid I expected a lot more and all mini bar prices were very expensive The bed was very uncomfortable
