Reasonable rates, good location, simple room, terrible hot water in bathroom.

Good locations, inexpensive for Singapore. Nice staff. Very clean.

A bit cramped. Big problem with hot water. It took 15 minutes for hot water to come out of the tap. That is not an exaggeration! The staff said this happens in some rooms. My first shower was freezing because I didnt know to run the water for so long.

Location, location with funky vube

Cleanliness and staff helpfulness. Laundry facility. Very good location for transport and Orchard Rd.

I could hear my neighbours talking at 3am in the morning when they got home to their rooms.

Room very compact. Alright for short stay and convenient to transport, shopping and food

Liked that you had laundry facilities Location was great and close to bus, MRT and big shopping centre. Close enough to facilities but not on noisy and busy main street Staff excellent Room soundproof

No safe in our room meant we had to take our valuable with us every time we went out. No drawers and insufficient hanging space for clothes meant we had to literally live out of our suitcase Gym too warm

I like some of the room layout Its convenient and clean, an effiecient space for 2 or 3 day stay.

This the 2nd time i stayed in Ji, til now not yet found things that i didnt like. So keep up the goodwork Ji!

We loved our stay at the Ji Hotel. We'll be back.

The location was second to none. Easy access to a couple of MRAs and to Orchard Road with all of its trappings. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff ere friendly and helpful..

Some of the staff were sceptical when we complained about a strange smell in the room. When we brought it up with a different member of staff, nothing was too much trouble. We were changed to another room. and all was well.

Clean and comfortable great bathroom excellent location

Excellent location , room is Singapore size but well designed to make this perfectly liveable , great shower with monsoon head - revived me after a long long day of aeroplanes and airports

there was good green tea with a proper Chinese style teapot provided with the room , luckily I had one sachet of instant coffee in my room and was able to improvise a teaspoon! ;-) - overall very minor things on an overall great stay
