Poor

Their policy says check in is at 4pm, I sat in the lobby until 6pm with no room to go to. It was very disappointing and the staff did nothing to make it better. They just kept saying my room wasn't clean.

Could be better.

The hotel is very large and facilities and location are beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The check in staff/process were not very efficient. Information given about the hotel was minimal (we were not even told how to get to the room). The room was very nice, but the sofa had stains, it needed some deep cleaning. There are not enough restaurants for the number of guests, it's almost impossible get reservations. There is a casual restaurant that does not require reservations, but after a couple of days, you want something diyas the menu is limited. Expect more for the price.

Lovely, wildly overpriced resort

The rooms are huge! The campus is quite large and replete with palm trees and plants and water features.

It needed a bit more cleaning to be stellar. The towels at the beach and pool would run out by late afternoon. It was super crowded and hard to get a chaise before 4pm. Food was fine, not at all remarkable and definitely not worth the money. Frankly nothing here is worth the exorbitant costs. Its lovely, but costs 1.5-2x what it should.

Beautiful peaceful resort

Beautiful grounds& nice room.

Remote location required expensive taxi rides. They should have an airport shuttle at least. Good was also expensive. Limited breakfast choice. $ 72.00 for breakfast for 2 was a lot.

The hotel is in a very beautiful setting with all the amenities. I had a very comfortable experience

The facilities here are very good as well as the garden in the middle of the hotel is very nice. There is a free car in the hotel that can take you to your room. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and comfortable.

The beach at the hotel was not that clean and the sand was a bit rough. The roof of my room makes some noise from the trees.

If youre looking to have a US feeling with a Puerto Rican flair and youre okay to pay a premium price, this is for you

The rooms were great, the property felt so spacious and calm.

The food was pretty expensive and there wasnt a lot of activities to do on the property. Its more expensive than US prices, but great for a few days of relaxation.

Absolutely great. The hotel is two floors only. Absolutely beautiful stunning garden, very nice and clean pool/bar. The breakfast buffet is magnificent/ very very fresh/ 100 of varieties. The wet bar (main restaurant) food is wonderful and the cheapest. staffs are very nice and friendly everywhere from the restaurant front desk. The hotel lay out is similar to no where else, and provides absolutely peaceful environment for gaitaway weekend or for few days. Absolutely come back again. Absolutely recommended.

Not that I did not like it, but this is 15 minutes drive from the main Town, and I think it is good thing about this to be away from the real world for few days.
