Be careful information given on booking. Com site are not all correct

House keepings quick response and restaurant staffs helpful nature

Wrong information, booking. Com site says this property accepts visa and credit card as method of payment. They dont they couldnt take payment from my Visa card card, and I had to find cash to pay for 3 nights accommodation which left me without any cash in pocket when I left property. They were not concerned. All they could say is mine was Visa card issued abroad and therefore they dont accept it, although their Branch in Madurai had no problem in accepting my card. Also when I tried to phone them for my arrival time, they said my booking is not confirmed as I havent paid, and there is no room anymore. although this pre paid issue was sorted before I left uk, eventually when we reached to the property they gave us two rooms for 3 nights. Different price with justification that is higher because is bigger and different room which originally I booked. Information printed airbag, phone and messages all proved wrong when I reached the property. Not good.

A comfortable stay

Good- location,ambience, food,staff.

Bathroom remained smelly and despite complaints and efforts by the staff it remained smelly. Maybe something to do with the plumbing.

We did not get option to stay here in spite of booking. Very cheap and third rated service from the hotel and support of booking.com. When you guys cant handle this way why is the option to book even provided? We booked the hotel and the option was shown as payment to be made in hotel, we went to hotel an hour after this was due to huge huge traffic jam. After reaching the hotel we were told no rooms available and booking was invalid. front desk was useless as expected but the incompetent factor was the manager refusing to meet us even after we waited for 45 mins. ****** manager and your staff for this third rated service and more over the support of booking.com. Worst and useless response. I know i cant use bad words but step onto the customer shoes and understand the pain. We had travelled overnight 450+kms booked in the valid site to hear NO or to get turned away by irresponsible manager.

Restaurant staff- Mrs Aida service was awesome . She was taking utmost care.. Mr Jeeva at travel desk he was very friendly and informative. Mrs. Jaya is having customer friendly nature.

There is no heater in delux room, cost high, room maintenanace to be improve, it looks old.

Nice stay.But some more care for amenities in room reqd .

Liked the services provided at Resturant.The ownness, hospitality and smiling demeanor of Sh Arjun Singh is excellent.Other staff including chef also very good.Support of Sh Mohan ,very hospitable .Grt job done by Sh Saira and lady reception manager very good.
