Good price/location/service combination

Staff openess to help when you are already at the hotel. Reasonable prices at the restaurant. Good location.

The rooms are absolutely nozsoundproof, so you can hear everything. And as the hotel is favourite for weddings, in the mid of the night guests return to continue the party, so impossible to sleep with jet lag Staff is not reacting to mesages via booking and email before your arrival

Wonderfull place

Everything was absolutely excellent. Very kind,professional, helpfull and patient staff,for example-one of receptionists gave us valuable advice on exchanging denominated banknotes, another arranged tickets for us to the New Delhi Zoo because we could not make the payment ourselves on the website. Food in Cafe Bistro was always delicious. In general, I really regret I couldn't spend there more than 14 days

Superb

Excellent place to syay

Location was excellent for business at JNU and to visit Qutab Minar and Mehrauli/Hauz Khas. Restaurant good if a little pricy.

Poor

The AC wasn't working at night. Seemed like to save their energy bill, they put it off. I complained about it, the electrician came to tell me that the fan speed is on "low" that's why it's not working. I wonder since when did the fan speed determine the cooling of an AC. Inspite of complaining, nothing was solved and I had to turn the fan on to be able to sleep better. It's better ypu mention that your ACs will be turned off at night to help someone book another hotel. What a waste!
