Good value family room with nice staff

Staff were very friendly and the location is walking distance to lots of restaurants, spas and yoga barn. Pool to cool off in the afternoon is great.

It can be very noisy at night (music, other guests, and also traffic if youre not pool side)

Hotel is well located at walking distance from Monkey Forest and traditional Ubud street.

Nice hotel with lovely staff Room is confortable and cot was provided for children. As mentioned, its next to a live music place that close at 11PM however not bothering as city itself can be noisy. Ill recommend this place with good price/location/comfort ratio.

Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and near to cafes, restaurants, shops and monkey forest. The staff is beyond helpful!!! Nothing was a problem and everything was met with smile. They really went extra miles to provide us with best service when it comes to providing tours, drivers and advices. LOVED IT

Enjoyable stay with friendly staff

Room was really spacious with king size comfy bed. Complementary sealed glass water bottles by the fridge and bathroom. Early check in was accommodated although not expected and the staff made sure that we were comfortable. Location was as good as it gets.

We had noisy guests above us that were slamming doors and making noise until 11pm, however this is due to no fault of the accommodation. Aircon was leaking and air freshener was spraying automatically every 10 min, which is great until it's time to go to sleep. We just removed the batteries. Nothing that we 'didn't like', more like constructive feedback.
