A magnificent and magical hotel!

This hotel, a former palace of the maharaja of Jaipur, is spectacular. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the lighting makes the place magical at hight. The staff is as good as I have ever experienced, giving complete credibility to the reputation of India's luxe hotels. There to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary, the Jai Mahal Palace bent over backwards to make the stay extra special. It was a memorable stay!

heritage hotel, very beautiful and excellent staff.. would make for an unforgettable stay

an excellent well maintained property.. vast lawns and very attentive staff . breakfast spread catered to all tastes and was well presented. everything is nice about this place.. have a pool and a table tennis table

the digital keys wouldn't open every now and then and would have to call someone to fix it.. a minor hassle

Delightful heritage hotel

This is a very pleasant place to stay. The grounds are lovely, green and spacious and very relaxing. The spa rooms are luxurious and spacious, with steam and showers. The pool is huge and very well looked after by a gracious, attentive staff! The rooms are immaculate and charming, decorated in traditional Rajput style. The Cinnamon restaurant serves exceptional gourmet Rajasthani and other cuisines. Highly recommend this as a delightful retreat from the bustle of Jaipur.

There are a lot of functions like weddings which are a bit intrusive and noisy.

Hotel staff and services were excellent. Food was excellent. The chef was very nice and interacted with us and kids. Hotel lawns are very well kept and beautiful.

Disappointed I arranged a wedding anniversary dinner for my parents 6 months in advance and it was not arranged, had to wait 1.5hr for the venue to organise, however was wonderful when we did enjoy

Awesome and Royal experience

The hotel is really outstanding. We stayed in suite. Simply superb. All the staff members were excellent. They showed exemplary professionalism. We like to specially mention the names of the front office staff Mr. Shiv Mathur, the dining hall staff Mr. Aslam, the chef Mr. Burman, the security in charge. Mr. Shiv Mathur was very helpful and polite. In fact all the staff of reception, dining hall, travel desk were superb. The evening programs were good, the flute in the morning was melodious. The dancing of peacocks made our stay extra special. If we visit Jaipur again, we will stay here for sure.
