Carpet in room. It is very dirty. Washroom fittings not working properly. Breakfast quality is not good, there is lots of scope to improve.

Pleasant stay, good loaction but did not meet my expectations of a luxury property.

The location was great and the breakfast spread was good.

The AC did not function too well and there were no ceiling fans in the room. The bathrooms need an upgrade. The property is charming but because it is old, it definitely needs some refurbishment. We arrived at the hotel almost an hour after the check in time yet the room was not ready, so that did put me off.

Overall good experience. Some departments need behaviaral training.

Very good breakfast. Large varieties for vagetarians. Restaurants had large choices. Restaurant staff is extreamly good.

Lobby staff treatment to seniour citizens. No respect for non-business private guests. People need training. Young staff without any feel are asked to managed lobby.

The Room size and the room lay-out

The Washrooms need doing up, including particularly the Shower Area. The breakfast could definitely have been better. The staff attending the breakfast need to be more alert and proactive.

Disappointing

location of hotel & room view was very good but the hotel lacks 5-star luxury

location of the hotel is excellent ; hotel surrounding is serene & relaxing ; reception ambience is good ; room view was very good ; staff hospitality is good

rooms are old and needs refurbishment ; Toilets lacks basic luxury of 5star ; door locks are bad and does not work with card on most instances ; corridor is smelly ; breakfast buffet spread is good but taste below average although room dining ala-carte is comparatively better ;
