The island is beautiful and the beach was quiet

The lack of facilities from the hotel, it did not live up to expectations. There was absolutely nothing to do in the evening and very little during the day. This is great if you want to sit by the beach all day. For the amount of money you pay we would expect a bit more from the hotel. The staff do not communicate anything so you really have to find things out for yourself. Also be prepared to get a little wet when arriving to the hotel as sometimes the boat transfer will park at the beach and you have to get off by stepping on a chair and into the water. The staff do take your bags, but not really the grand entrance youd expect

Overall disappointing it not a 5 star resort, will not come back again

The staff are amazing friendly and kind . Views are very nice . Ferry service excellent and easy .

Where to start .. we had the swim up room which lacked minimum comfort , no chair , desk , nothing to put your suitcase on , no wardrobes just a small hanging rail above some shelves meant to house towels . The bathroom basin was in the room not in the bathroom , ugly and messy , tatty satin robes that have seen better days . 2 cheap uncomfortable sun deck chairs at the pool , no road sign to the specific building we stayed in 2204 so if you like to walk not wait for a buggy it is confusing . It took me to the final day to find the short way which could be easily sign posted. The spa was 12 times the cost of Phuket proper using the fact that you are a captive audience . The pool itself outside the rooms are showing its age with rust marks . The restaurant should warn you when they bring a bottle of water that it is 250 baht so you can decline the bottle , instead they just show you a bottle of water and ask if you like this one .. this is about 7 for a bottle of water ! Breakfast was nice however they do not have tea pot , people are queuing for the couple of coffee machines , Not enough waiters not enough staff in general .

Staff service because I asked staff from lobby to help me out to change the bed layout on my room for 2 times but they did not help me on the matter and the drinks were also horrible. We ordered watermelon fresh juice but they gave us rotten watermelon.

Paradise, with room to improve

Beautiful location, really beautiful bungalows. The breakfast buffet was one of the best. After the beginning days the staff was friendly. Overall it was wonderful, though there is definitely room to improve.

The staff was unfriendly on the first days. At the arrival no complimentary drinks. At the restaurant there were 6 staff members in the back area 2 were constantly on their phones and 3 were just chatting with one another. On the second day we waited the whole day to get new towels despite calling the reception 2 times (1h in-between the calls). The kids water play area was not cleaned once when we were there, beer bottles laying in the grass next to the area, old towels several days laying around.

Relaxing Getaway

The villas there were simply exquisite. Nestled amidst lush greenery and surrounded by stunning natural landscapes and pools, they offered the perfect blend of luxury and serenity. The architecture and design of the villas were impeccable, showcasing a seamless integration of modern amenities with traditional aesthetics - an amazing getaway and relax.

Some of the smaller rooms could use a little refurbishment.

good place for maybe a 3 day 2 night holiday

Service at the resort was top notch, pool was amazing and facilities were very nice. Staff were very helpful with queries and overall very nice place to just chill out and do nothing

the beach at island escape was so-so, guess nothing much resort can do about it. food options on the island was limited (being on an island) and more expensive vs being on the main phuket island.

Dreamy 5 star resort with amazing food I would definately get back too.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room and the pool around it were amazing. Food and fresh drinks were really good. Wished I stayed longer here, my best experience of our travel in Thailand.

The breakfast was not super vegetarian / vegan friendly. Some cards with description of what is Vegetarian would be helpfull.
