Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A massive thanks to Khaya who was an amazing help throughout our stay. Walking distance to the mall is a plus. Scenery is absolutely amazing. Overall a great stay for us! We will back.

My wife and I were very pleased with the accommodation and would stay here again. Once we got the bus schedule figured

Breakfast was excellent every morning. All of the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Good location next to the mall.

The TV was too small for the size of the room. The curtain that separated the bathroom area from the sleeping area was grimy and hard to close/open.

Disappointing

The location and parking facilities weres good. Only the coffee and eggs for breakfast were good.

The people at the reception were not really interested in the guests and did not give a warm welcome. They did not even inform about breakfast. The breakfast was really bad, croissants and pancakes were very dry (from the day before) and there was no fruit. The meat for the toast was also dehydrated, as if it had been laying in the sun.

Superb

This booking exceeded my expectations - great location, comfy room & exceptional service from staff.

I was impressed by the service from the staff. They even have a welcome board with guests' names for when they check in which I thought was a special touch. It was nice seeing my name there. The property is ideally located, Canal Walk is literally across the bridge so incredibly easy to get to. The Century City Boulevard ha really improved, I had a lovely run down the canals, there are statues with explanations of the artwork. The breakfast was really good.

The rooms are a distance from the reception and even further from the gate (entrance). They do help to carry luggage which is helpful. Just be sure to carry flats if you wear heels as it is a distance to walk to the gate and the uber drivers wait outside as the security does not let them in the estate. You have to ask reception to tell the security to let the uber in but it's such a mission (due to miscommunication) that you would rather meet them outside.
