The hotel was very friendly staff very, very helpful everything was clean super Hotel

That the sun bed area was not really in the sun when we were there, weather it different at different times of the year I can't say they only had sun for a couple of hours lunch time till around 4pm and as we are sun lovers this is the only thing wrong . Feel like swimming pool was on the wrong side of the hotel. It's a little out of town, but you can walk about 10 mins down the road and get a bus tuk tuk for 15 Bart in to town. Then, if late night get a taxi back at around 200 Bart on the hole, we had a very enjoyable stay, stayed Dec 2023 till Jan 2024 for 8 nights 9 out of 10

Modern clean hotel with a great swimming pool. Walking distance to the beach.

To windy in the lobby. Hard to find shadow in the pool area. Uncomfortable balcony.

Overall, the best hotel we've stayed in in Thailand

- everyone, splurge and get the pool villa, it's exceptional - most comfortable bed we've slept in during our travels - great happy hour for cocktails / beer - amazing pool bar staff - the entire big pool area - hotel is in a quiet area of Hua Hin which suited us well, lots of nice restaurants in walking distance

- The machine coffee for breakfast was not very good - The drip coffee jugs weren't refilled often enough

iSanook was the highlight of my travels.

Superbly professional and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and well-maintained daily. The gym had a great selection of machines and free weights. Within walking distance to dozens of local restaurants and bars. The largest and nicest swimming pool in Thailand. Amazing breakfast featuring a wide array of Western and Asian food. Staff and Management made efforts every single day to ensure my stay was memorable. I will cherish the memories of my stay at iSanook Hua Hin; the highlight of my 3-month travels across Europe and Asia.

Stayed there for 3 weeks. Really enjoyed!

Really helpful staff. Clean and modern. Transport into the main city center area (which is close to Royal Hua-Hin golf course) was easy and cheap. Hotel provides a free shuttle and if that doesnt suite you then there is a short walk to a local mini-bus/shuttle that cost 15THB/person ($0.5 at time of writing). Two beachfronts are within walking distance. There is also a good selection of restaurants, local stores and massage places in the area. Or you can take advantage of the pool, gym, poolbar, caf and spa at the hotel.

The breakfast coffee could have been better. But the caf had good coffee.

Brilliant hotel to stay. Clean. Nick and his staff are friendly and helpful. We take a short walk to the beach for dinne

Nice friendly staff, lovely pool to cool off. Great place to stay. Good breakfast choice. Good gym.Free shuttle bus to beach, shopping mall etc was a nice touch. Nick the manager was brilliant when we arrived and it was nice to chat to him every day. Nothing is too much trouble. I had a massage at the hotel spa which was amazing.
