The InterContinental San Francisco is a nice hotel, but the service is not up to standard. There were issues with alarm clocks going off unexpectedly and inconsistent availability of chilled water in (Read More) the lobby. Other guests' room service carts were left in the hallways for too long. Platinum members had difficulty receiving upgrades and were made to feel like they were asking for something unreasonable. However, the hotel is well-maintained, the staff is helpful, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The location is also convenient, although there are nicer areas in San Francisco.

Comfortable but pricey

Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the bed Gym was ok. Good enough for a workout

Coffee was hugely expensive. triple shot flat white USD13 plus tip - that really put me off.

i would never book a room at this hotel Hilton way better !

breakfast was supposed ro be complementary and i got charge for it 90$ , Room was no so great for the price and i had no view of nothing for a junior suit you believe to have better quality view
