NIce place, will be back

Super nice and new property. The staff is nice and friendly. I like that, despite it being a large property, everything felt within reach - the pool, pool bar, and beach (unlike Waldorf, for example). They had a DJ playing by the pool on the weekend. The breakfast was good and had a wide variety.

The pool closes at 7pm for some odd reason and along with it the music. I get that it's a family hotel but 7pm is way too early for a "destination" hotel where people go to have fun. When the hotel is fully booked, the breakfast buffet seating area does not fit everyone so we were placed in the seating area of the restaurant next door (usually open for lunch and dinner). It wasn't bad, just a bit inconvenient to walk across the hotel lobby with food plates.

One of the worst customer services Ive ever seen specially from the gust relation manager. Her name May Mahmoud She intended to insult me and made me looks like a stupid person She destroyed our occasion for the new year We tried even to cancel our booking but they refused Very bad unprofessional attitude.

A bit disappointed. Pricey but the service let it down

Club room was lovely. Afternoon tea and evening cocktails/canaps (part of club package) were nice. Beautiful and clean beachfront

Our original room booking (sea view with balcony) was upgraded to a bigger room on the ground floor with no sea view and right beside the kids pool. Laughable that this is seen as an upgrade. Room was changed and we decided to pay for club facilities. This was the right move given that the general hotel and facilities were full of noisy kids (not the hotels fault of course but not our preference as a childless couple). Breakfast was very slow and the cooked to order items arrived cold. One morning we arrived at breakfast early (6.45am; breakfast starts at 6.30) to find no juices prepared and the toaster not even plugged in. Only one server was available and doing everything herself. Poolside was nice but wall coverings in the pool had come loose and there were missing tiles. Not what I expect from this level of hotel. Final small complaint - does everyone really need to suffer Christmas songs after Christmas Day?! Not what I want to hear on 28th Dec as I relax poolside

It is so well maintained, clean and such great service. The staffs are so friendly, all of them, always carrying a great smile and extending a helping hand. The in-room dinning is exceptionally good.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and well designed

#You must call (Zero) several times from the room before he answers!! #The bathroom had a bad smell so we changed the room #There is no hot water in the shower, only warm water # The bathroom mirror light was not working #Checkout is at 11:30 even though we received the rooms at 3 pm ,which means lack of cleaning personnel #Restaurants delayed orders for more than an hour due to a lack of staff #There are no activities for kids on the beach or on the swimming pools #Breakfast ends at 10:30!it is too early for people on vacation, so it is very crowded from 10-10:30. #Lobby Cafe Delay in orders due to lack of staff #We reserved a table for 14 people in the Turkish restaurant , our bill was about a thousand dollars , However, they gave us a table in the worst place in the restaurant saying that the rest of the tables had been reserved for days, but surprisingly, it remained empty all night and came out not reserved. The food was delayed for more than an hour and the table was not cleaned after the food, again there was a lack of staff.
