Very good

Beautiful holiday stay with the family

It felt so warm and Christmassy on arrival, the staff were welcoming, the room was clean and the room service was amazing.

Although the room was clean there was a stain on the carpet that wasnt nice to look at.

The clipper bar. Also staff in clipper bar.

Toothpaste from previous guest on glass in bathroom. Hair and nails from previous guest still in bin in bedroom. Complained to reception. They did offer us to move room but had already unpacked before we noticed this and had dinner reservation so didn't have time. I felt the staff didn't handle complaints very well. Also there was no bath robes and remembered from previous stay there was. Questioned this with reception and went out for dinner. When we came back one had been left in room. Phoned reception again and they sent 2 up. Explained to the porter that we only now need one as one had been put in room when we were out. This is the 4th time I have stayed in this hotel and all previous stays were outstanding so this was disappointing.

Superb

Amazing view for New Years

We stayed for New Years. We were lucky to get a corner room that had great views and fireworks just outside our window - really amazing! The bed was fairly comfortable. Nice big bath. Spa facilities nice and able to access as much as you want. Lovely toiletries provided. One really big sized robe in the room which is great as often arent big enough.

Its a bit far from the tube and walking through the O2 is never fun. Room service food quality could be better. Coffee cups in room were really dirty. Water pressure in the showers really low both in the room and the spa showers. The spa gets quite busy and a bit messy - to be fair they work really hard to keep it clean and are in cleaning up often but some guests treat it really poorly so there are a lot of paper cups smushed on the wet floor and very wet floor.

You won't be disappointed

The staff were amazing. They made you feel valued on every level. Polite, Hardworking, Friendly and Caring. The facilities were great. The spa was lovely, the breakfast at Market Brasserie was delightful with so much choice and the Eighteen Sky Bar was truly luxurious. We didn't get the chance to try out the other restaurants but we definitely would have if possible The hotel is perfectly located with only a 5min walk to the O2 and Subway. While the hotel room was really wonderful too. Very clean and very tidy with great views.

Our only complaint was that there was one day where our room wasnt serviced but it was also on New Year's eve which I understand was extra busy. Also some prices in the Eighteen Sky Bar were a little bit too extortionate for what it was considering it's already 75 per person to enter. Room service was also a bit crazy in price. But I understand it's a 5* hotel.

Unbeatably Great Hotel

This remains one of my favourite hotels to stay in. The room is top-tier, the service is amazing and it's a pricy hotel but you do feel like you get what you paid for. I love the breakfast and the convenience when visiting the O2 is simply unbeatable. Will stay again.

We had planned on parking at the hotel but the details about what was available, was a little confusing and we ended up having to park a 10min walk away. I think clearer directions on what options there are for this, could be beneficial.
