Disappointing

not as expected. Doesnt feel like staying in 5 stars hotel

Scenery is good. The night dinner in Damai restaurant service staff is good . Have a great wine selection The satay is nice.

Check in and out taking long time. Double charge of the room and I need to follow up. Bathroom drainage was clogged,, water overflow. No other choice, but force to take buffet breakfast. And no restaurant serving food between 10 am to 12 pm. Ended up taking breakfast, it was chaotic the food is not nice. Felt deceived as the room given is not according to description

Pleasant stay for a family holiday.

Spacious rooms. Good food. Courteous and friendly staff.

Thin bedroom walls. We can hear next door guests talking and there was one night when music from the function halls was blaring too loud till late at night. It was too noisy and very uncomfortable for my 80year old parents to sleep. Bath towels are rather old and not fluffy at all. My tv kept turning off on its own every few minutes so I gave up on it.

Cockroaches and delay checking in even though evening. Stay somewhere else

Highly recommend going somewhere else, poor experience from the start. Confusion over messages when booking a cab ahead of time. Upon arrival tired at 8.30pm, the room was still not ready. Staff weren't bad, but weren't super warm either. THEN after waiting taken to room only to find a cockroach walking around...twice!! Stay somewhere else.

Beautiful scenery and luxurious conference hotel

Room spacious and quiet with a beautiful view but unfortunately the air on is not working properly. The staff fixed it immediately and gave us a complimentary to compensate our unpleasant sleep at night with no proper AC

The swimming pool too small and the seat or cabana arrangement is self service which make people cannot get or book as they like

Overall it was always nice stayed vacation at Intercontinental Bandung

Receptionist Staff was very helpfull, I would like to change my room with twin bed room type but it was only available on smoking floor , for better stay he offering me extra bed with no extra charge on non smoking floor.

some maintenance are needed in bath room since the curtain already broken and shaby

I will first talk about the hotel service. My husband and I were sick, our room was taken care of, a nurse was provided for us, we were taken to the hospital, and admitted to breakfast. All of these services were free. A bowl of fruit was sent with a message to check on us. We are contacted frequently to check on our status. I would like to especially thank the employees Nicholas and Abdel Raouf for their support that night, followed by the cleanliness and beauty of the rooms and the advantage of the location on the top of a mountain.

The lay out of furniture inside the room, it was not convenient to access the water boiler because there is working desk in the way, breakfast was also just basic in term of variation, quality of salad bar including the cold cut too plain, i think the chef will definitely understand what i mean

Not good the carpet so dirty and not well maintance, so pity for such big hotel and big flag

We were going to Dimsum rest at 18 floor, once we arrive the lady ask me whether i already booking , i said no, she said already fully booked , then i complain that i came earlier at 7.00am caused d status on google was open, then she said there is 1 table but narrow and in the corner, i said fine and ok. After i sit for few minute i saw many table empty without more customer coming, included the table next to me I think you need to train with good and better manner all your staff especially at the Dim Sum restaurant, so dissapointed with this Secondly your towel not reflected 5 star hotel, so old
