Guests had a fabulous stay at INNSiDE by Meli� Manchester, praising the friendly and attentive staff, convenient location near tram station and amenities, clean modern rooms, and inclusive drinks in (Read More)the fridge. Some minor issues were the bathroom light reflecting in the bedroom and the gym not ideal for weightlifting. Overall, the hotel was described as good, with great service, food, and conference facilities. Many reviewers would recommend and return to stay again.

Friendly staff in a modern hotel, great location for a short stay.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room was clean - complimentary soft drinks well recieved, as were the bathrobe and slippers. Bathroom was clean too and rain-shower was a nice touch. Location access to Deansgate and 20 minute walk to Northern Quarter was good. Ate in the restaurant downstairs - Food was good value for money.

"City view room" effectively was just a view of a multi-storey car park and another grey roof. Exceptionally bright lights from beyond the car park made it difficult to sleep, as the blackout curtains didn't properly fit to the window. Not worth the additional cost. On arrival the Steam Room was out of order, which is a shame as this won me over a different nearby hotel but hadn't been mentioned anywhere. Still appreciated the sauna.

Nice hotel, bedroom clean and comfortable.breakfast was very nice. Restaurant was very nice with very generous portions.

A shower cap in the bathroom - I didnt want to get my hair wet in the shower! There was a smell of weed in one of the lifts and the outside of hotel on day we arrived which was not pleasant! We didnt realise breakfast wasnt included when we booked and so we had to pay extra for that but it was worth it!

Everything from check in, to the room, we eat in the restaurant which we enjoyed, plus buffet breakfast which was tasty, the facilities were great, would recommend and definitely would book again in a heart beat

Fantastic stay

Location is good, we ended up ubering as it was raining. Parking wise there's a QPark just behind the hotel, if you contact hotel before n get a 25% code and prebook up to 15 mins before arrival. We ended up overstaying our prebook so we're charged at normal hourly rate. Breakfast wise we opted to go to Essys which is just around the corner, fantastic brunch the roast lamb pitta was heavenly, I may just return for that alone! Gym was 24 hours, steam room was out of service, sauna was available. There's a spa too but didn't have enough time. We were celebrating anniversary so great to get complimentary welcome drinks, staff were super friendly. Room had a great view, will recommend staying in future

Steam room out of service but these things happen. Washroom in bedroom was open so getting out of shower in family room was interesting.

Romantic, comfortable, convenient

The room was lovely, I asked whether something special could be done as it was my and my partner's anniversary, and we were overjoyed to see rose petals on the bed, making the experience feel extra special. The staff were very attentive and friendly, making us feel at ease. Everything was spot on. There were free drinks stocked in the mini fridge, a selection of tea and coffees and a big TV. The lighting in the room was also very nice and the LED mirror made it easy to get ready.
