Modern and clean Easy to get to.

Windows are non opening not ideal if you have allergies or prefer fresh air. To top it off the air con/heating failed on the first night, a complaint was made and we were given another room when we got back from sight seeing but it which was much smaller and on the 3rd night the air con/heater failed in this room. We were given a plug in heater which was fine but couldn't circulate any air, a fan was requested which was provided. At the end of the stay I mentioned it to the desk staff and they said they had 20+ rooms with the same issue. No apology or an offer to refund some money for the inconvenience.

Great overnight stay

Modern, spacious, comfortable room. Liked the decor. Slept wonderfully. No noise from outside or other people staying within the hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was superb. Couldn't fault our stay at all.

Slight damp odour in the bathroom. But didn't effect our stay!

Simply wonderful

Thank you for an amazing stay! Everything was exceptional, the room was really warm and cosy (we stayed there for New Year's Eve, all the facilities are top notch and really well taken care of, the extremely kind and helpful staff are extraordinary. We'd return in a heartbeat. Although it seems a little far from the centre, the bus system runs flawlessly, there is a bus stop right next to the inn and it takes less than half and hour to get to the city centre. There are amazing places to eat right next to it, either the inn restaurant, with excellent food, or the carvery across the street with very affordable prices. Right next to it there is also a mini mall, Dobbie's Garden World, with a supermarket, a restaurant and many shops. All in all, we highly recommend the inn for a very pleasant stay.

Great choice. Very good hotel with great breakfast

The Hotel was very clean and cozy, decorated to a high Standard. The beds where very comfortable and so was the bathroom. There is a short ride to access Edinburg city Centre by car. The restaurant is beautiful and cozy and the dinner was tasty & lovely. The Breakfast option had a great selection. It came hot and plentiful.

Due to a false fire alarm we had to rapidly evacuate the building in 2 am in the morning. We stayed in the open area with limited dressing for more than half an hour, at almost 0 Degrees. I believe that the admistration should had manage this emergency event with more effectiveness. i.e to open the adjacent restaurant facilities in order to keep residents protected from rain & cold.
