Very poor

There's a really nice coffeeshop in the same building as the hotel.

The room's window directly looks out to the courtyard with very little privacy when people are walking around so we had to have the blinds down the entire time, which made the room dark and depressing. The floor looked dirty and the outlets are in weird places that are inconvenient to have your phone plugged in while you are relaxing in bed. The hotel doesn't offer room service unless you put in special request. It feels like an overpriced motel with no parking.

Cleanliness, comfort. Refrigerator with seperate freezer, microwave are pleasant amenities.

There was a bit of foot traffic, vacuum cleaner noise from the room located directly above.

Great location with small but tidy rooms. Nice areas to sit in courtyard with good coffe shop on site

Great location - close to restaurants and bars - very clean. The morning staff member on the front desk was super friendly and helpful

Room didnt get services for 3 days even though we put the sign on the door - front desk staff said we needed to tell them if we wanted a service - that wasnt made clear at checkin. Our room was at the back of the building and very noisy from the bar behind - it settled around 11

Liked everything, especially the front desk staff.

Mattress was VERY uncomfortable. So were the pillows.

Disappointing

A very noisy facility. We could hear the upstairs guests all night and morning long. Also, even more frustrating was the bathroom exhaust that ran constantly. Even after turning it off, it turns back on within two minutes. So loud we could even hear it when we closed the bathroom door. Difficult to sleep.

This is the great hotel, very nice area, clean and they have everything you need for the comfort stay. Plus considering prices in USA the hotel was very affordable as I think. The stuff is great.

Superb

The staff were super friendly. The location was excellent, bus routes right on the doorstep. Lots of places to eat and drink around the block, a fab cafe on the premises "Twisted Cafe" .
