Very good, the staff were all very helpful and friendly

Fabulous hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff and the room was spotlessly clean and so very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Classic comfort with terrific staff

The staff were amazing especially Vanessa, Kevin and Raymond and all those who were on the door. The beds were wonderful including the linen. The room was well appointed and comfortable. It was quiet too

It rains a lot in Hue. This large hotel could benefit for better TV channels i.e. Netflix, board games i.e. backgammon, chess and packs of cards. A table tennis table would be of benefit too. There needs to be electric points at each side of the bed for charging phones etc. you could hear everything from the toilet too.

Disappointingly short stay! Would have loved to be there longer.

Atmosphere, facilities and personnel all top notch.

Only stayed one night so really cannot point to anything problematic.

Amazing Experience

Everything was amazing.staff were very friendly and were very good at explaining everything and attentive. Facilities and rooms were very good and view over the city was excellent. Everything you would expect of a 5 star hotel is true foe this hotel.

Comfortable hotel in good location

Good location and facilities. Rooms very comfortable/spacious and nice bathroom facilities. Breakfast buffet extremely good, offering everything. Also had lunch which was delicious.

Photos on Booking.com show hotel when it was newer. It's a little tired in places now and has a musty smell in corridors.
