Pleasant

Super friendly staff, and the entire place is tidy and up to date.

The property is set up entirely as a business destination, something that wasn't mentioned when making the booking. You'd expect a"boutique hotel" to have an open bar and restaurant until late, but dinner wasn't even an option.

The location was great. With safe parking behind gates at the back of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The bed were very comfortable. The personnel, especially the security guards was very friendly and helpful.

The area is serene, plus the rooms are enough size, for one to completely enjoy the experience.

A wider range of breakfast, & a better version of scrambled eggs, my one was watery.

Highly recommended in all areas -

We liked the location, we felt safe as visible guard always available. The staff were super helpful - Doris from the Coffee Shop was superb and went the extra mile for us - very aesthetically pleasing accommodation.

One word: excellent!

Its home away from home, with exceptional friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, white linen, nice bathroom, Netflix, sherry for a nightcap, kettle and coffee and tea. Well located near takeaway restaurants for dinner and close to Matsport centre.
