Very good

I'd stay again

The breakfast was very nice as was the evening meals. The location is good as you can catch the tram or bus outside for both directions. You can walk down to Blackpool town from the Hotel. Hotel areas nice and warm being December. The downstairs of the hotel is very decorative and kept in good order.

The towels and dressing gown provided could do with replacing. Couple of maintenance issues in the bedroom and bathroom need addressing but I'm sure this must be an ongoing thing as it is an old building. Didn't spoil our holiday.

Nice, but a bit disappointing

Nice hotel, and friendly receptionist

You had to pay an extra 9 per night for parking, the offer of drink and cake on check in didn't happen, in fact the lady handing these out walked away from my daughter after giving them to another set of guests. The hotel was very warm, with no ability to turn down the temperature in the room. Having to wait 25 minutes to be seated for the buffet breakfast, only using the small Palm court restaurant, when the massive function room was across the hallway and could have been used instead.

The hotel itself was a lovely old, well maintained building of very ornamental standards. Staff at breakfast time were excellent in providing an efficient serve to the number of guests in relation to the size of the breakfasting room. Whilst it was fairly large, the guests' numbers exceeded the space, but staff were able to keep the tables flowing to reduce any excessive waiting time. It was great having the In House Cinema when there were none nearby, and the weather was very unpredictable! Bedroom was standard but great shower!

being asked to pay 20 pounds to get in 1 hour early,and prices at the bar . rooms a bit dated but very clean and tidy,cleaners do a great job

Good and bad

Location was good,

Toilet had a wee stain on the seat when we checked in, bathroom.was old and dated with stained silicone around fixtures and fittings, and was woken up on the morning of the 30th December by a chalet maid letting herself into the room while we was still in bed. When mentioned at reception they said it was a training issue
