Nice place to stay while visiting Hanoi.

Perfect location in the old city but in a small street so not too crowded, and convenient for walking anywhere. Room was modern and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Its an older building and at one point the elevator broke down

Perfect place to stay in Old French Quarter. Near the lake, cafes, restaurants and shops!

The location, big rooms, staff were courteous and very hospitable. All the receptionists Hui and Tracy and others were very helpful. They even recommended some local restaus ro try.

Outstanding!

Right smack in the heart of the old quarter, super accessible to every touristy place. The main highlight of our trip was the ever helpful staff at anytime of the day. They were just amazing. We had a wonderful stay throughout! Outstanding hotel! Highly recommended! :)
