1. Though not in the town center, the place is near some eateries...a few minutes walk .2. Price is fair for a budget hotel... a place to sleep and shower.

ample parking means that you can park actoss the street since there is maybe 5 nos "hotel" parking lots.

Price is reasonable, strategically located near to mosque, Lotus, and IIUM.

Room is quite small, but for me it is on par with the price offered for the room I selected.

Disappointing

I cannot use the aircond of my room (203) the entire 2 nights i was here bcs water is dripping like some kind of waterfall from it. Luckily it wasnt that hot so we relied on the fan only. When we contacted the reception nobody was around to even attend us and fix it. Do better pls, i have no problem with the room condition but we still paid.

Because it is close to immigration office.

Room smells cigarette stench, the inside door latch was broken, the wash basin drainage pipe leaking, after shower water clogged, ceiling's paint was pealing off, jug & drinking is not cleaned, sheer curtain is dirty with stains, bathroom door & door frame looks rusty. Had an uncomfortable stay.

IM impress

My husband just loves it because of all the hooks and places to hang things. Everytime we go to other hotels they seem to be missing that. The room was clean, so does the toilet. The surrounding was also nice as its super close to shops (lotus, McD, etc). If we ever to go to kuantan, we will def check in again and again. Insha Allah.

Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed (you can actually start to feel the springs) and perhaps have mosquito repellent of some sorts (as there was a bit of mosquito under the bed).
