Comfortable stay. Friendly and courteous staff. Good and healthy breakfast. Close proximity to the beach and Shiva temple. Easy commute with autos outside.

It's as shown in pictures. nice ambience with pool view. You will feel mental relaxation with an ayurvedic smell around the Resort. Very Nice stay and the staff and management is also very good.

This resort is a gem. It's quiet and located in the a peaceful area, surrounds by lush vegetation. The staff is kind and always willing to help, the food is delicious and, above all, the ayurvedic treatments are first class at a very affordable price. The massage therapists are professional and knowledgeable and I can honestly say that of all the treatments I have recieved in my whole life, these were really the best. I've felt safe and comfortable during the whole stay and I would recommend this place to female solo travelers like me. The beach is 10 minutes walk from the Resort and just outside there are plenty of bazaars, shops, restaurants where one can find all they need. Atm is 200 mt away. Incredible, amazing experience. The best place for treatments and inner peace for me.

Very helpful and considerate staff.

I opted for the cheapest room and it was simple, but comfortable enough. I had some mobility issues due to a recent injury and the staff were very helpful in helping me get around. Their vegetarian breakfast buffet was very nice and again staff were so helpful given I had difficulty walking.

There was no WIFI in the room. When I wanted to use my laptop I had to go to the reception area where there were no electriic outlets to keep my laptop fully charged. It was a very bad set-up.

The rooms were very comfortable , breakfast was great with a few options . There is a restaurant on site which serves great vegetarian cuisine . Great location easily walkable access to beach and shops nearby .

Everything was so easy and the ambience was resort like - Kerala style!

Staff were so helpful and friendly, we arrived 15 minutes before the dinner buffet closed so they allowed us to eat before checking into the room (thankfully because there was not a lot on offer outside the hotel). We had an early walk on the beach followed by a swim in the pool. We then spoke with the on-sight Ayruvedic doctor to work out the most appropriate treatments and then booked in for that. After having previous similar treatments earlier on our holiday while in Jaipur, this was simply sensational. The ladies providing the massage, shirodhara and herbal compress were so skilled and knowledgeable, we wished we could spend more than two days here.

There was a large science expo being held on the beach which was fine in itself but was a little noisy. It also made the area fully booked and we had only booked Ideal for one night. We were struggling to find somewhere else to stay in the area however the staff at Ideal went above and beyond and shuffled some people so they could offer us a smaller room (with no air con) at a reduced fee. We were so grateful for this and their assistance, that for one night, the smaller room and no air con was no issue at all.

Very good

Nice pool and rooms and staff very helpful. Massage was also very nice.

The outside of our house was being painted so it was a bit of a building site and our room smelt like paint. Also the laundry service was not good unfortunately our clothes did not smell clean and were still damp.
