The beds were exceptionally comfortable. I'm trying to find out what brand and style they were so I can buy one for home. I needed a handicap accessible room and they delivered.

My stay was great. Nothing was bad.

Disappointing

Comfortable beds and pillows. Hot water didn't run out. Room had both coffee and tea options to make. AC worked well. Had no issues with noise like others mentioned.

The girl who checked us in wasn't the friendliest but she got the job done. Morning of check out I noticed I was charged the full stay amount a second time, from the actual hotel and not booking.com, when I brought it up to the front desk he told me he had no idea what I was talking about. Told me there were no charges showing on their side whatsoever. There was no on-site management to talk to about the issue, and he didn't offer to even call one while I was there. When I asked for an itemized receipt, he seemed irritated about it and said it wouldn't show anything and I could expect one from booking.com He seemed even more irritated when I was persistent in getting a receipt and asking for the managers information. Due to this part being extremely suspicious to me, I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Superb

I would return.

Breakfast is great!

I stayed on the top floor and the water in the shower didn't get hot. In the morning the maids were talking and laughing loudly in the hallway, which woke me up.
