Lovely rooms, great breakfast, good location for stays in Northampton.
A well positioned hotel, the room was a great size, and the bed really comfortable. Was perfect for an overnight stay in Northampton centre. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, for a such a small buffet area, but the food was fantastic, and there was plenty of choice available.
The shower did not have much water pressure, and did leak over the bathroom floor.

I am a regular customer of this hotel. But I have never been so disappointed like this time. My friend picked up the keys before me to arrive but she didnt check the room before. She came later and when she entered the room she almost fell down in shock. The room was a disaster. It was an unclean room with a lot of rubbish and messy. For a couple of minutes she thought she entered an occupied room but she quickly realised that was the right room. Horrible experience!!!

Poor customer service.
The housekeepers were more than excellent from day one
The staff weren't helpful at all during my stay. They were very nonchalant and didn't look approachable at all not only to me but to other customers aswell. This made me not to enjoy my stay. I am a frequent traveller and love all places I go to. This is beyond what I have ever seen before. I believe Ibis should do better because the several times I have used Ibis they have not portrayed such poor standard. To savage their reputation/image Ibis staff in this location should be trained better to seem more welcoming to customers. In between my stay I met several customers who were muttering the same problems to themselves. Because of the poor standards I had to write a review so this can be looked into as this experience was from my check-in, stay and check-out from different staff.

Lovely friendly staff and everything you would need for a night stay. Comfy room.
Walls are quite thin so could hear people in neighbouring rooms and traffic in corridors but it was New Years eve so maybe noise levels were higher than normal. But over all a great stay.

Lovely soft, cosy, comfortable bed. & duvet cover & pillows.
Unfortunately, as it was New Year's Eve lot of noise fron fireworks going off around area where IBIS Northampton just before midnight for a while. Some noise from revellers in hotel as coming & going from there rooms.
