Ibis doesn't disappoint. Again

Location, location and location. Rooms were spacious. Beds were comfortable and extra bedding. Staff were very helpfull and friendly.

Carpets require a proper cleaning or even replacement. Bath plug not working.

Ibis Styles Luzern provided a delightful stay with its welcoming atmosphere and comfortable accommodations. The attention to detail in design and the friendly staff made our experience memorable. I particularly enjoyed the convenient location and the overall positive ambiance of the hotel.

Good for budget stay. The staffs are extremely helpful and accommodating.

Near to some local attractions, cafes and shops. The price is reasonable.

Require a fair bit of walk from the train station.

It was a pleasant stay.

Friendly frontdesk. Nice tea packets. Could have been better if the bottle of distilled water is refilled daily.

My room faced the back alleys where smokers congregated and made a lot of noises throughout the nights. I could hear the sounds created by neighbors- poor sound proof system.
