Had a lovely time but trip was a little bit ruined by not being able to get a good nights sleep, other than that the hot

Hotel was spotless and staff really friendly and helpful

The mattress in our room was extremely hard and felt like sleeping on the floor

Very good

The room was very clean and very nice decor, fantastic location.

The room was very cold and couldn't get the heating to work, one member of staff was not so nice, I ordered a drink at bar and was charged a double which I did not ask for but was charged anyway

Great position, great price, friendly staff, free pool (not to be confused with a swimming one lol) and 24hr bar (if I remember right it was 24 hours)

Room was smaller than I thought it was going to be. The room was clean but as if the cleaner could only dust to a certain height. I suggest getting your cleaners long handled dusters to reach the tops of cupboard doors Minor gripes that wouldn't stop me booking again.

Lovely staff, clean and comfortable hotel with good facilities

It is ideally located for the city and getting about. It was contemporary whilst keeping the originality of the building. Exceptionally clean and staff really friendly

Room was a little smaller than I would have liked but was perfectly adequate for Our needs on this occasion

The only positive was the location and receptionist was friendly

Rooms dark, dated, worn out, bathroom not clean, cheap and not cheerful. Very disappointing as it was more expensive than other great hotels in the city
