Good option for a short stay

We chose this stay as it was by far the best priced option in the area. It wasn't fancy but it was well located and had everything one would need for a short stay. The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly.

The rooms are not made up daily.

Amazing location and great hotel.

Amazing location, comfy rooms. Perfect for a short stay.

No where to store baggage, and no reception on weekends. Lots of people struggling to get in and out and support phonelines not helpful. Would have been 10/10 bar this.

Hotel staff is very good, room was clean and the location of hotel was very good near all important things in Geneve.

Wi-Fi singal was very bad, very slow, sometimes it didn't work at all. They have to fix that, in 2023 in Switzerland, hotel must have strong wifi. Especially since they are not EU, and our mobile internet doesn't work outside of EU.

Spacious, modern , clean, self-catered stay, 2 minutes away from the train station.

The Hotel is conveniently located 3 minutes away from the train station. The room was comfortable, with a long desk and a desk lamp, coffee making facilities and spacious bathroom. All doors open with your personal code, within and beyond front desk hours. Staff was friendly.

WiFi was not vey strong and at times it was momentarily disconnected. While they call it a hotel, it is mainly a self serviced accommodation. There is a front desk only between 9am-6pm. Reaching the reception, beyond these hours, entails a phone call (with a long waiting time) to a local number, so if you are on roaming, it becomes a very expensive call. Also if you need to leave your luggage before or after this time it is not possible, so you need to take it to the train station. Furthermore, there is no room cleaning. I was there for 5 days and no one came to pick up my garbage. Maybe it was already mentioned in the description and I missed reading it, so some instructions on check in on what to do with the garbage would be appreciated. Also, when I arrived they told us that the toilet was not in service and therefore, there was no option to use it or change clothes, while waiting for our rooms to be prepared.

They sent us the check in code 3 days later!!!! None was there to check us in. I called the 3 telephone numbers they put on the entrance door but none picked up the calls. We were just left outside. After more than 1h trying to call them I went to another hotel of them and the receptionist finally gave me the code. The service is really poor and I will claim for compensation.
