The reaction of the hotel staff is not that good when we ask for some help. There were always delays

The location is very nice for a city walk.

The reaction of the hotel staff is not that good when we ask for some help. There were always delays or inorg us even though they acted like they cared. But, we always need to make more than 2 phone calls every time to gain help.

Very good

Nice and cozy hotel at Braga Street.

Its location at the main street of Braga, close to museum Asia-Africa, close to some cafes and restaurants. They have special event for dinner on weekend at the hotel frontside area (outdoor). The hotel has swimming pool for children at the rooftop. Strong wifi connection.

Great value staycation in the heart of the city

Spacious room for our family. Great location near tourist area, but at the same time far enough away to be quiet in the evening.

The pool is quite small and the water is a bit cold.

Location is excellent, Service of the staff is very good excellent Breakfast is excellent, enjoyed very well and it is best part Room size is very poor and facilities are not upto the mark requested for two single beds, which were not provided shower is very poor and hot water is not very however it is good experience
