TERRIBLE

Not alot to like.

Location was just OK. Booking.com says it is 700ft to the Beach, this is not true as it is 1.4km to walk to the beach and takes 20minutes. They do offer a shuttle to the beach 5 times a day but it only holds 10 people. so first in best dressed. Our room was only made once in our 4 night stay, bathroom door did not close as handle was broken. AVOID THE BREAKFAST. Everything was cold, Eggs were cold, hash browns cold and soggy, terrible coffee. Complained after first morning as we could not eat anything there and asked for a refund on our breakfast, and were REFUSED A REFUND. Do not use the travel agent inside the hotel. She is a nasty woman who left us with a complete bad experience on our last day. To be honest I would avoid this hotel at all cost on my next trip to Phuket.

Very good

A nicer hotel in a decent part of Kata.

Very friendly and clean hotel. Loved the pool and the pool bar. Location was decent with a10-15 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast was good. As is the norm in Thailand the staff is absolutely incredible throughout the hotel. This hotel is super close to the night market which is a great place to eat.

Rooms and balconies are small at least our was.

The hotel is suitable for short term travel. Overall its good. Friendly Staff.

Small, quite, cute, comfortable. A lot of greens around the swimming pool and it creates Comfort.

Very small wardrobe and shower cabin. No toothbrush.

NOT Expect any IBIS standards. Zero Customer service. Not worth !

If you awaiting here IBIS Standards , then you are absolutely in a wrong place , this Hotel , staff, are absolutely not this what you get in any other IBIS hotels. We are traveling a lot and mostly choosing IBIS, cause usual you can't go wrong . Except your are landed at Kata, the staff here is absolutely overloaded with work , they have zero customer service and no idea what's going on in them small tiny hotel . We arrived with 10 month all baby , reception told us they have no rooms free , they don't know , we showed them on the internet there is a room free , Answer ; no there is not . 2 min later infront of them i booked it , and reception ; oh yes we can see it , They let us wait , 2 hours to give us a wrong room , after e checked in I went to reception told them is the wrong room , and she can give me the right one , I just need to come with all luggage,baby , key card back to reception . I adked if we could get help ; No , We don't have a bellboy and I could not give the key to the cleaning staff. This is not a kind of service which you expecting in a IBIS hotel , the rooms are super small , thos Reception hall is more like a train station , and the pool is just a bit bigger as a bathtube. With 12 sunbeds in total around . There is no chance to relax even 1 minute , and even if you would catch a sunbed , no Staff to serve you , no one intrested in you as a guest. Recommendation; Stay away , it's not even 50% of the money worth .

Some where to stay.cleaning staff were great.

I felt the hotel only catered for the Russian people. apart from the cleaning staff,the rest of them didn't give you the time of day.the breakfast wasn't nice.

Superb

Nice room for one. Glassy doors in the shower help to keep the floor near the toilet dry.

The condition does not dry. All 7 days - 84% of humidity - it is not good.

Pleasant

Clean but very small room, not a great feeling but good location, low price so not a bad deal.

- clean - location - low price for the room - Overall pretty good value because the price was low.

- Major constructions next to Ibis, building a new hotel so it will take a long time. Starts at 8am every day. - Animal noises at night, disturbed my sleep. - Very small room.
