Exceptional

Luxurious stay. The food was delicious- they arranged for buffet thrice a day. There's also a gym if you want to workout. Extremely clean facilities. Courteous staff. A little pricey for a budget traveller, but worth every penny!

The spice it restaurant was absolutely phenomenal in our whole stay! The variety of options available was great and the taste was so good too! The staff were very kind all the time!

We wanted our rooms to be on the same floor but this wasn't the case.

Worst Experience Ever

Just the isolation of room walls for a good sleep after a long day of business.

The staff was way rude. Everyday the staff was fighting within in the Restaurant area. Food was pathetic. We stayed for 3 night and had full meal plan.pleaae DO NOT opt for full meal plan. Food is worse. Everyday it's the same. Most of the food was always freezing cold even they use frozen ROTIS. Reception staff ( Mr Vivek) was equally worse. They called me in the middle of my sleep and started asking for payment when my check out was still one whole day pending.. He was so desperate for the payment that he was like he will send the staff right away at the room when I clearly told him that I was coming in just few hours. Most of the hotels will just block the card or they will ask for payment at check out but this guys are just too stringy. You don't expect this from the IBIS kind of Hotel.Please keep this hotel as the last option to stay in Mumbai.
