Very good

Excellent once I got there; but frustrating in figuring out how to get there.

Generally, a very good hotel in every way, except that there could have been improvement in communication (see below)

Communication about the shuttle to the airport was unclear in a number of ways; 1) it wasn't at all clear where and when I could pick up the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, 2) It wasn't communicated that there exists another hotel with the same name (as understood by the bus driver, and others) -- so I had to walk 20 minutes from the incorrect one to the correct one, 3) it wasn't communicated that the shuttle service cost extra.

Clean warm good value for the price

Quick and easy booking in. Lovely friendly staff, recetion area very clean and good atmosphere. Beds comfy. Bar and Restaurant area clean even when busy. Rooms are a tad small but warm and clean. Shower is good but be careful as it splashes onto the floor causing a slip hazard. Would stay again, great value for money.

The rooms are a bit small, fine for an overnight stay but wouldnt stay longer than that

Wouldnt feel safe leaving car here

we had a bed for the night

there was a shady character that was checking car doors and lurking around the car park. Also, the main reception door has been smashed in which isn't a great look.

Great stay!

Everything, staff food, comfort!

A minor smell which tbh I've had in London before it's like sewage smell. It wasn't strong but just strange! The shower didn't drain properly. Water overflow.

Disappointing

Only good for a very short stay

Great to be near the airport and the staff at the front desk was lovely.

It was outdated with paper thin walls. Hard to sleep because my neighbors didnt stop talking all night and you hear everything. If you arrive later into the evening there is nothing to eat.
