Very good

Loved the location, shuttle to the airport was very efficient, rooms were clean and had sufficient room. The concierge was very helpful, detailed and willing to answer questions.

We were eager to get to the room from the train station. Because we didn't have our cell service on and relying only on WiFi, the walk to the hotel was unclear.

Convenient shuttle bus, very clean room, comfortable bed.

I would have liked a charging socket in my room for my phone. People shouting in the car park for more than 10 minutes below my window late at night.

Convenient hotel

Tidy room and free transport to the centre by city council. Breakfast is good.

There is no shuttle between 11am to 5pm. A few minutes walk to the bus stop and take no. 10 to the airport.

Everything else was great

Only issue is the guy at reception did not provide enough information about the shuttle and pick up time / location. This caused me to miss the shuttle. I provided feedback and he got defensive. Room for improvement.
