The Ibis Bangkok Riverside is a lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are in good condition and the cleaning staff does a great job. However, the layout of the rooms can be troubles (Read More)ome and the TV channel selection is poor. The restaurant staff is professional and the food is good. The location is not the easiest, being far from public transport. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the river and the pool is a highlight, although it closes too early. Overall, it is a positive choice for travelers.

Happy, comfort. The room is big for my family. If can provide one pair of slipper, will be good:)

Location and Room is ok. For breakfast, maybe can change a little per day basis. I stayed 5 days, ate all the same breakfast... :D.

Good location with great pool and garden and awesome breakfast buffet. (soft beds)

The staff is friendly and attentive. the bed is soft and comfortable, parking is great, the breakfast buffet is amazing with a huge variety of food. the pool and garden are great and the location is great.

the room was not ready when we said we would arrive (2 pm) and had to wait more than 1 hour. we got coupons for soft drinks and waited by the pool. The room is outdated and rather small but it is clean. the carpet in the halls is also in need of a good cleaning or replacement.

Location and nice staff

My room was not serviced at all. No beds done, room not cleaned, towels not changed. Breakfast could present more options of healthy cereals/seeds. Beds were average comfort.

The views from the Riverside were amazing.The river and pool view was fabulous.The room was quite large and adequate.Shower was great very powerful

The pool was a little cold even after having sun on it all day.Being a busy family hotel it was very noisy at night with children shouting.Staff were a little slow at clearing tables around the pool

Superb

The hotel is right on the river so you can watch the party boats and traffic pass by. The breakfast was good with a good variety of choice from. The pool was nice and clean. Rooms were bigger enough and clean.

There were no plug sockets near the bed.
