Staff were friendly and helpful

Toilets can be cleaner. Aircon ducts and exhaust clogged with dust. My wife complained about itchy feeling.

Very good

-Location next to Trans Studio Mall (Trans Studio Indoor Theme park, eatery, shops) which we wanted to visit. -Breakfast buffet was great with many selections. -Clean rooms, comfortable beds and quiet at night. -Friendly & helpful staff.

-I wish the rooms are bigger. -Unfortunately we need to use water dispenser on the corridor to get drinking water. -Shower's water pressure in one of our room isn't that strong.

Food at dinner was only indonesian and live music was so bad not like in the ads...the theme was christmas but not even one christmas song or English song...the room was ready very late at almost 4pm already
