Find another hotel, not an IHG property, for wheelchair access.
Most of the staff was very friendly. The maintenance staff was not very helpful. I reported a problem and offered a copy of the ADA standards governing hotel room doors. They were not interested.
As usual with an IHG property the wheelchair "accessible" room was not accessible. Leaving the room in a wheelchair is impossible. Fortunately the front desk staff came every time I called them to open the door and let me out of the room.

Facility had no hot water for most of our stay. Staff very understanding but nothing they could do. So we camped out in Winston-Salem in November.

Very nice hotel, great service, clean, great breakfast selection.
My only complaint was the very noisy neighbors, but that really isn't the hotels fault. I'm pretty sure they were drunk and kept fooling with the ajoining room door and just very loud. Unfortunately, by them fooling with the door, they scared my nine year old pretty badly at one point and she needed her rest for all day testing at the medical center the following day.

I regret to report it was an extremely poor value.
Location near Forsyth Country Club. Linens were nice.
he luggage cart was heavy and hard to manuvever,, bedroom doors were almost too heavy for me to open. Staff gave me a "goodie bag'" that was meant for a wedding guest. Breakfast error contained multiple fast food bags when i arrive in afternoon. Staff seemed not to notice or cleaning was not their job. No one offered to help!
