We had a Good breakfast, the hotel is in a quiet location. The room is small, but was very clean and fresh, with a nice sea view

Very good

Very nice hotel in quiet location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean, breakfast variety was standard. Rooftop area with the pool was beautiful.

Hotel is not transparent about Star Prestige package. You get access to the rooftop, however there is no information about limited times for food (every day only for 2 hours from 10-12 and 16-18, besides these times food is taken away). Alcohol is only available from 10-19, after 7pm they take also take it away. If you're not planning to just sit in the hotel all day, it is not really worth the price.

Pretty disappointing and not what we expect for an Iberostar Selection hotel.

The friendly staff. Special thanks to Kristina for her happiness and should be promoted to chief happiness officer!

Industrial food, basic fourniture inside the restaurant like a canteen atmosphere Sea view room priority location : very basic decoration and cheap furniture in the room Checking took one hour as they didnt had our booking correct even if we had the confirmation mail. No private car park. No beach

'beach area' was not good, access to roof top pool featured in pics is for certain rooms / bookings only. No mirrors in hotel room other than in the shower room.

Lovely stay, very nice hotel

Close to the sea and lovely location

It showed a Pool in the advert that you had to pay extra for. Couldnt even go up there to look at the view.

Sea, sun, nature and great food!

1-Food 2-Staff 3-Location

1-Bedroom: Mine was a double bedroom and a noisy one at specific hours. I could hear the beeping of the buses when they were reversing so that they could rejoin the road, both in the morning (4:30 a.m.) and afternoons (16:00-18:00 pm). 2-VIP day pass: the cost of this depends on your room category and you pay the difference. In my humble opinion, the price was ridiculously excessive for a rooftop in Santa Eulalia-it costs the same as an Ushuaia experience (105), which I personally prefer. Its clearly up to ones taste and willingness to where to spend their money.

Ok, not a great location. Spend your money elsewhere.

Clean and modern. Food was delicious.

False advertising. Beach compared to photos is tiny and dirty. Also roof pool requires star prestige access. We were able to upgrade to star prestige but if we hadnt our holiday would have been ruined.
