Very poor

Stay here if you like to spend loads of money for nothing in return.

Clean and minimalist decoration. Good pillow choice. Comfortable. Location.

Slow service, absolutely horrible value, especially for a low floor, no view booked last minute when they wouldnt fill the room. Just mediocre all around. Parking is outrageous, no breakfast. Seriously mediocre and doesnt justify the price.

Overall, we really enjoyed our 2 night stay here!

We liked the room a lot. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was big and modern. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful. The location was good. Lots of food and shopping options close by. The staff seemed very nice and accommodating.

There is a train nearby that we heard often but it didnt keep us up at night. We could also hear anyone out in the hallway, but thankfully, no one was too noisy at night. The property does take a $300 deposit at check-in.

Very clean and modern.

Cleaning folks did not replace dirty glasses and cup with clean ones.

Nice size of bedroom And great location

There is no room service After one night stand Room service didnt even come and clean the room We called them, than they came but they didnt change the dirty towels and sheets, they didnt live the bottle of water and we called the front desk, they sad they are sory my that is all they can do. We travel a lot and stay so many hotels this never happened before. And there is a pool and gym In the building but only for the residents I never even think in Miami for that price range no pool I am glad my daughter live in that building and because of her we would be able to join the pool but it is a shame. It is such a luxurious complex and expensive suit for stay but missing so many details. We stay there because it was our 37th wedding anniversary and I would like to be close to my daughter and make a surprise to my husband but didnt worth the many I spend With that price I can have much better options high quality service and better complements They didnt even give bottle of water It is a shame !

I love the location and the hotel is beautiful.

Staff can inform hotel guest about the amenities within the room, housekeeping can change dirty linen or towel from the room as well as remove trash once they tidy the room.
