We enjoyed our NYE london trip and our stay is one of the highlights!

Everything! Property is close to Paddington and Lancaster Gate Station and a 30 minute walk to Hyde Park! Theres a lot of shops nearby as well if youre fond of cooking (cutlery and kitchen items provided)or eating out they got it covered!

2nd stay at this property

We had Apt 9 which was slightly roomier than Apt 7 although a bit more carrying up stairs with luggage. We are traveling for a month and summer and winter climates so much more luggage than most people. The main bed could be accessed from both sides although the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable according to the teenager. LOCATION is excellent and it is safe and secure.

Stairs only. Still a very small room if more than 1 or 2 people but very manageable.

Superb

Stayed 2 nights at New Year no reception but all organised and efficient for checking in and out.

We had small 2 bed apartment on first floor. Well equipped and comfortable. Nice to be able to enjoy complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries in a self catering apartment

Nothing - it is a faded beauty so not perfectly pristine but nice property in a good location

I like the property itself, but the service is really poor and most specially the deposit fee, since we checked out Nov 29 until today Dec 30 my deposit fee 200 is not yet processed. The deposit fee is more higher than the 1night stay fee, What the heck!!!

Functional, safe and secure stay in an expensive area in London.

Excellent location close to Paddington - very short walk with suitcases. Perfect for our arrival at Heathrow, and collection of our rental car the next day from the station. Great area for a morning walk in Hyde Park and surrounded by brilliant pubs and cafes. Typical small English rooms, small beds (doubles, not King or Super King), which you might as well get used to from the beginning... Nice and clean, with clean linen, functional and well kitted-out kitchen and bathroom. Usual small shower box, compared to the US/Australasia standards, but entirely typical of London.

Carrying suitcases up stairs was OK for us, but it would be worth making it crystal clear there isn't a lift for other people looking to book.
