Very good

Location, infra and facilities were very good. Staff was very helpful and always willing to serve with a smile.

While the spread in the main restaurant Pune 14 was excellent but the food was not tasty barring some of the local Delicacies and chaats .. so was boring as we stayed for a week.

Hotel location is good. Cleanliness is good. Food can be better. Staff is courteous.

There were cockroaches running on buffet table. A nail on the chair in pune 14 restaurant gave me a scar on my leg.

Bad staff Experience

The apartment was good and also the facilities provided. The security staff and the technician who came to show the appliance functioning. Garima helped me with the request for an extra bed and baby cot as we were booked for 3 guests and a baby

The staff was not at all hospitable. They were more attentive and focused on the wedding and its guests held in the hotel and staying there as if we were staying for free inspite of paying full accommodation charges I felt ignored by staff for our requests and I have a baby who is just 9 months old. Even our room after being cleaned by housekeeping none of the toiletries were replenished, no extra towels placed nor were the dirty plates and spoons washed as it was a serviced apartment. It was my Baby's 9th month bday even a small request of putting few balloons in the room was not done. Even the restaurant were overfull and inspite of having half board in my package we were not getting proper buffet sitting arrangements neither our requests were adjusted. The big name of Hyatt was felt useless with all these flaws I have stayed in other 5 stars including Marriot, Taj, Westin etc but have seen fabulous hospitality there. Hyatt was a bad experience.

Good place, staff need more training in hospitality

Location - very good Property - ok Food - good Staff - excellent F&B, average front desk, average housekeeping staff, bell desk were excellent, security staff were excellent. Hrikesh from the front desk was outstanding, the rest were mostly average. Housekeeping needs to keep the restaurant clean even during peak hours or after a long evening.

The restaurant floor and other surfaces was not clean especially late night service. The front desk staff were mostly rigid and system bound and unable to help, except Hrishikesh.

Wont stay here again, unless I want to stay up all night.

The appearance

Could not sleep, the room wasnt noise proof, could hear traffic through out the night, its located on the main road. Informed this to the lady at check out, she did not even bother to look up, forget anything else.

Good Property with good rooms

Good property with all amenities. Very close to the Pune airport. Front desk staff are nice. Very close to Phoenix Mall, Pune. Housekeeping staff are nice and quick. Rooms are clean.

Pathetic/ Poor Service by kitchen staff of Restaurant Pune14. Un interested Chef and people who are serving food. Front desk staff are really nice. Intercom was not working.
