Below expectations.

Location only.

Run down carpets in the rooms. Poor service in the restaurant. Low quality food. Check-in process was pathetic and receptionist complaining about the system.

The behaviour of your staff especially someone on reception called Harleen Kaur. TV channel was not working. Rather then helping us she misbehaved.

It is an ok sort of hotel. Not the best and not too bad.

Location and the staff were good.

Old property stunk of mould. The pool upstairs had decking that needed repairs. The area around the pool needed cleaning and possibly fresh coat of paint.

Great staff, good service and great restaurant bit rooms need a refresh.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Service is very good. The breakfast was good but I have stayed here a few times over the last 10 years and feel they need to freshen up the menu a bit and add some new items and variety.

Whilst the main reception, restaurant and communal areas are very nice and modern, the rooms have become very tired, worn and dated. I have stayed here several times over the last 10 years and the rooms have not been updated, they need a major refresh. New carpets (current are dirty and worn). New beds/ bedding, new decoartion and a refresh as the wall papers and room decor is very dated, worn out, tired and old. The same applies to the walkways and hallways that lead to your room. Tired, old and worn. Needs a refresh and refurb.

Nice, convenient place with nice facilities but rooms need need freshening up.

Breakfast selection was great, such a wide choice and freshly made mixture of western and Indian traditional foods (Staff were very helpful too). The Hotel bar was nice. Gym was good and staff very helpful.

Damp smell in the rooms - the air conditioning units seemed like it needed cleaning out as the smell went down the corridor (offered to move us after cleaner sprayed air freshener a few days running - we had lost the will to pack up and move our stuff more than halfway through the stay). TV wasn't working - they took a while to come and fix this (had to ring reception 3 times). Hotel rooftop pool had droppings everywhere (enter at your own risk!) - this was promptly cleaned when their was an event there.
