Not much English spoken. Misrepresented coffee to be available in the lobby all night and at 2:30 AM when we wanted it they said it was ready after 4 AM. So this was a disappointment. All staff needs to have the same information!

Ill start by saying I cant wait to visit the Hyatt Regency in Cartagena again. Exceptional service. Amazing property with beautiful views. Great food onsite. Great room layout. Dont think twice - stay here! You wont regret it.

Staff were very friendly and were always willing to help when we needed assistance. Everyone works with a smile :) The location was perfect, as the hotel is next to a shopping mall and a local supermarket, so we had everything we needed in the vicinity.
