Location. Room layout. Front desk and concierge staff.

Market cafe, staff had a bad attitude and seemed like they were bothered service levels were poor and we had to wait long for a menu and food. And it wasn't busy in the restaurant.

Breakfast is class apart, the best ever spread, fresh, and never ending. - Thai, Arabic, Indian, continentalPlus a variety of fresh juice and raw coconut to stimulate your body and mind. Great central location and well appointed modern rooms. Fantastic welcoming staff and hassle free check in and check out. Nice pool and quite functional gym

Easy to travel to and from. In bangkok. Bed was comfortable. It's close to a lot of restaurants so you won't get hungry. I liked the breakfast buffet. It had a lot of selections. Staff were perfectionals. Nana bts just right there in front of the hotel. I like the glass water bottles it keeps the water cold.

I did not like my room space. The rooms are clean and modern but they are small for the price. There are not a lot of places to put your belongings if you have a lot to travel with.. Counter space for bathroom sink is small. Didn't like the glass for toilet door. It makes me feel awkward when someone uses the sink while I'm on the toilet. Everything around the bathroom seems compact. Didn't like not having trash bags in the trash basket. I don't like the idea that housekeeping has to expose themselves to whatever is in the trash basket. Trash basket incubation bio-hazard. Might be environmentally friendly but is a little odd for me.
