Very good

We stayed for a week but the room wasnt clean properly as it should be everytime we let housekeeping clean the room for us. Sometime we came back and found full of waste in bins just like before we went out. Sometime they didnt filled amenities in the bathroom.

Did a reservation for 3 people, there was only a bed for 2 people. The room was too small for 3 people. Shower was clean but with moist issues on the floor.

Without my consent!!

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Spa is exellent and also the theraphist. The room is clean and amenities in room is well prepared. Everything is quite perfect.

Only the matter of charging money when check out is not satisfactory. Because there was a mistake that should not happened but it made me feel like unsafe to use my credit card. Because the payment is made online after I left the hotel and without my consent.

A wonderful Christmas in Amsterdam thanks to the wonderful staff of the Hyatt, in a lovely relaxing hotel with top class

Hotel is beautifully decorated and spacious and as a family of 4 - we had plenty of different areas to use. The gym was a super amenity also. The staff were so friendly, helpful and nice and were always genuinely interested in helping. Lastly, the hotels restaurant was excellent, we had breakfast every day and had our Xmas dinner there too. One of our party has a severe food allergy and the staff and chefs were so attentive and careful. We will definitely be back !

One minor niggle was the mattress was a little hard after 4 nights we could feel it in our backs

Excellent Connectivity

Great Location! The room was spacious and clean all services in the hotel were great right from breakfast to eating lunch/dinner. I would suggest this hotel as its safe location you have easy access to the tube/tram and travel to the airport. Bonus point is their staff and reception managers they were always helpful and gave us good suggestions on places to visit and map of the area :) Great place to stay with family or if you're a solo traveler as well
