very pleasant!

Room is very large enough to fit a big family. View is good although it's not ocean front, you won't stay in the room whole day in Hawaii right? Beach is 5 minutes slow walk away and ABC convenience store is 1 minute walk away. Coin laundry on site, which is one of the most blessing things in Waikiki. You know what I am saying if you stay over a week... The most favourite thing I love is the TOTO washlet in the bathroom lol...

only 2 elevators makes moving slowly. But as an aged building, this is understandable, just be prepared if you have time limit. And watch out! the overnight parking for SUV is $75!!! I regret to rent a car for 2 nights!! OOOOOuch!!! so I didn't do that again for the rest of nights...

The staff was so nice to us And they were exceptional to our grandkids

Concierge was not a concierge but a tour salesman Wouldn't or couldn't answer basic questions That a concierge would know Instead kept trying to sell a tour

Close to beach and shopping!

Close to the beach, shopping. Pool facilities were good.

We stayed 7 nights and the first time the beds were made were on Day 5. We had to ask for towels for 4 females, and for the rubbish to be removed. Room was smaller than what it seemed on the advertising photos.
