Dont stay here if you are expecting the service you reveived at other Hyatts worldwide

Clean

Staff are poorly trained and are least interested in the guests comfort. A few of them tried hard but the issue is systemic and probably starts at the top

Room was kept clean and house keeping very helpful especially Mr Ravindra he really took care of our room and requirements

Breakfast service was very very poor every one was pretending to be busy, tables were dirty, teas/coffees would take ages to be served, very rude kitchen staff who was not ready to refill food at 1030 am despite breakfast being available till 11am..just to mention a few issues. However, Ms. Preeti was always helpful enough to find us a table whenever we found her on duty during our 10days stay..we actually avoided going to breakfast after the first few days and opted to order room service

Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Decent value for money. Room service was great. Staff were all very kind and accomodating. Other Hyatt hotels should take note.

Lifts could be slightly slow, but we were there during the busy wedding season so thats probably why.
