Nothing really.

The elevator always busy took forever to use it. The breakfast very basic, the rooms are very old, not very clean, the linen had stains and during the night a lot of noises and could hear people screaming and talking

Room size was excellent, location was excellent.

Breakfast was pretty the same everyday so it was regular. Cleanness was very bad, we found a live roach one night next to our bed. And one of the 2 elevators was often out of service and the lines to get the only working elevator were so long.

Nice room, but too cold and strange breakfast

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was disappointing and limited options to what we were expecting at usual hotels. The food appeared to be aimed at the Mexican market. The entire hotel was extremely cold, and we put the heating on despite the external temperature of 86oC

The staff! Kind employees! I had the opportunity to talk a few times with a young guy from India, New Delhi. He welcomed me upon my arrival, and was always very careful and concerned about my well-being. I thank him very much! Unfortunatelly I forgot his name.
