Very good

Very good stay I definitely recommend it.

Very friendly staff. Score: 10 out of 10 for receptionists - always prompt to help. No issues with early check-in, which was really helpful after a 16h flight. The location is also great.

The swimming pool area is not great for winter. I thought it would be indoors. It was covered, but on the top floor and quite open.

Very good

Good stay with a bed comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the only thing that let it was the breakfast.

Quiet location but convenient to all services and the very large mall next door.

The breakfast was pretty poor. The eggs were more green than yellow and taste like nothing

excellent location, friendly staff, friendly guests. The fruit at breakfast was nice and the take away coffee.

it said it had a bar, but it just had the ability to buy a bottle of beer. The Hyatt next door had a proper bar with TVs to watch sport and socialise. The breakfast eggs were sometimes a bit green, and seemed powdered or very processed.

Disappointing

Probably my last stay at this facility.

Offers breakfast and the location is great for Galleria events. Valet was friendly. Thats about the only positive.

Employee working check-in on the night of the 10th didnt greet in a friendly way and said the cook decides when to make coffee. She gets to work at 6:00am. I arrived & checked in at 1:00am and had to wake at 4:00am. The carpet in the room was gross with old stains throughout & the refrigerator didnt work. They did repair that while there. I walked in on one of the housekeepers using her phone and hanging out on the couch in my room.

Room, Check-in staff, Valet, and location was all very accommodating. Bad bartender...

The lady at the check in desk was very helpful and met our every need. It was my Wife and I's anniversary, and she even accommodated our room as asked. Coffee bar was nice and the breakfast was very accomadating. Being only a few blocks from the Galleria area was also very nice.

The BARTENDER!!! My wife had ordered a drink during happy hour, and she was overcharged. The front desk lady as mentioned before was very quick to refund us the amount needed. .... the bartender got into a full-on argument and was acting extremely arrogant to the other staff members RIGHT IN FRONT OF US! The nice young lady at check in counter maintained her professionality the entire time but you just could NOT tell this girl nothing! It was extremely embarrassing!
